How To Insert Adsense Or Chtika Code Between The Post Title And Post Body

If you are using your blog for monetization purposes. One thing that you need to put into consideration is  your ad placement. If your ads are placed in the right place, you are more likely to have a high CTR which is equivalent to a higher earnings. One such best place  to display your ads is just below the the post title and the post body.  

If you are using blogspot, you will notice that Google gives you a few option of how to place  your adsense but it doesn't show you how to place in between the title and post.  For other bloggers using other ads Networks like Chitika, then you just have to put the code manually.

How To Insert Tables In Blog Post

 In this post, we will discuss how to insert a table in a blog post.

Go to Blogger – Dashboard – New post. It opens to a page where you can write a new post. If you are writing a normal post, you usually go to compose and write your post there but this time click on Edit HTML link, instead of compose.

Insert the code of the table that you want on Edit HTML mode. In this example, I am going to use my previous two columns table that I made in my tutorial on how to make a table in a blog post ;  I click on Edit HTML and paste the following code there;

Uploading images/photo makes the page looks more attractive and sometimes gives the page some meaning. For beginners who may not be knowing how to do it. Here is a simple explanation of how to upload an image in a blog post.

Go to Blogger - Dashboard - New Post. Type the text that you would like to be displayed. On the task bar just below the Edit HTML/Compose button next to blue link button, there is a small square. If you bring your cursor, just above it without even clicking on it, it display a small pop up window written insert image.

If you click on it it opens to another window that allows you to browser through the photo/images that you have already saved in your computer (you need to have images/photos  already saved them in your computer).  Select the one that you want and  click on open. The image that you select is displayed on the window, click on add selection to insert it on your blog page.

How To Add HTML Code Below Header

If your blog is for monetizing purposes, it obvious that you would like to place your ads on top of the page or somewhere where visitors can be able to see your ads easily and probably click on them.  The best place to put ads has always been above the fold or half upper part of the web page or on the sidebars.

Blog templates comes with  an add gadgets feature which you can use to insert your code for the ads but only on the sidebars or below the post but not on top of the blog post. If you would like to make your ads more visible by placing them after the page header, here is a simple way on how to do it;

Go to Blogger - Dashboard - Design - Edit HTML. Use  (Ctrl  +F) to look for the following code: showaddelement='no' and  replace it with showaddelement='yes' then save your template. 


How TO Insert Social Media Buttons On Blogger Blog

Social buttons allow you to share your contents with the rest of the world. It is also a way of increasing traffic to your website and making your blog more popular. Adding a floating social button in a blog is very easy since you only need to insert a HTML script code and you are done.

Here is a simple way to add the floating social media button in your blog page. The share button will contain the following social networks buttons; Facebook share, Stumble, Digg, Twitter and Google+.

If you have many different categories/labels,  you may have problem displaying all of them in a page. One reason been that, they tend to occupy a lot of space which may make your page look so crowded. The other reason would be because, you just do not want to have a lot of information on your side bar.  

Different categories appear in lists with each one of them showing the total number of posts under that category. Creating a drop down menu for those labels, can make your page look less crowded.

If you had checked this blog before, you may have noticed that my labels were displayed immediately after the heading as menu but I have decided to change them to appear in drop down menu on the side bar.  Labels in lists usually looks like this;

How to Create a Blog with Blogger.Com

1.If you don't have a person gmail account , go ahead and create new gmail account now. It's important that you don't use your official education account as it doesn't have all the features that personal gmail accounts do.

2.Once you have created a personal gmail account, link to the https://blogger.com/start website
3.Click on the orange arrow that says "create your blog now."
